The 2DNV project participated in the kick-off event for the new era of Graphene Flagship in Horizon Europe in the past February month.

Representatives from 13 new projects of the Graphene Flagship have gathered in Gothenburg for a kick-off meeting to establish connections for future collaboration and innovation. The 2DNV project was represented by the coordinator, Gerasimos Konstantatos, from ICFO, who presented the project; for Marta Sans that participated in the “Project management network” and gave a talk about her experience during the Graphene Flagship H2020 period. The event was also attended by Wilma Dewald from VW, Mustafa Balci from Qurv and Inge Asselberghs from IMEC.

On the second day, 2DNV representatives attended the Science and Technology forum.

Through the 13 research and innovation projects, the Graphene Flagship will continue to expand the understanding of graphene and other 2D materials and their uses and to advance Europe’s strategic autonomy in technologies that rely on these materials.

2DNeuralVision is one of those projects, committed to contribute to the Graphene Flagship governance via its participation in the Coordination Board and the regular Science and Technology Forum, and it’s reporting on its outputs to be presented to the European Commission.
